Policies
  • No minimum stay required.
  • Smoking is not allowed except in designated smoking rooms (please no smoking in indoor common areas).
  • No child care is provided.
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted, but not in the Jacuzzi/sauna.
  • Deposit amount equal to one night's stay is required.
  • Check in time is 3:00 P.M. and check out time is 11:00 A.M.
  • Pets welcome. We're a dog-friendly inn, and do our best to accommodate our guest's four-legged, canine "family" members. We do have a few simple rules that we must ask you to follow to ensure the comfort of all our guests. Up to two dogs may stay in their master's room for $10/day per pet on top of the regular room charge. When you make your reservation, please let us know that your pet will be traveling with you, so that we can provide you with a pet-designated room. For the safety of your pet and the comfort of other guests, pets must always be on a leash or in a closed crate when visiting public areas, and cannot be left unattended in guest rooms. Remember, guests must clean up after their pets and are responsible for any damage they may cause. The Prospector Inn reserves the right to remove any excessively noisy pets from the hotel. Failing to declare your pet at check-in may result in you, with your pet(s), being asked to leave the premises without a refund of your room charge. If an oversight occurs at check in, just drop back by the desk and let us know that you're traveling with your pet
Cancellations
A full refund will be given for cancellations received 48 hours prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 48 hours of the arrival date, the full amount of the stay will be charged unless the room can be re-booked.
